We love children, friends & family. But we are still under specific COVID-19 policies. Would you please refrain from bringing additional guests with you during your service? Only guests receiving services are allowed in services areas. We kindly ask that all guests keep all conversations to a whisper instead of disrupting our other clients.
Your appointments are essential to the team members of VIP Nail Spa and us. Dates are reserved, especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and appointment changes.
We Do Not accept appointments for a polish change, nail take-off, nail repair, lip wax, and brow wax. While reservations are recommended, walk-ins are always welcome for in-salon services.

We love to do children’s nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. Due to insurance liability, hazardous chemicals, products, and sharp implements within the salon environment are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children who are not receiving nail services, please DO NOT bringing small children to your appointment! We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We do not have the facilities to care for children. ALWAYS supervised your child after they receive the service. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
GUARANTEE, REDO & REFUND
Of course, our professional staff is entirely excellent, and we are confident that you will love all of the services you receive here. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please notify us immediately. We want the opportunity to redo the service before you depart from the salon. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust the service within three days of the original appointment at no additional charge. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
We know accidents could happen, but you can always talk to us with confidence. Our five days service guaranteed warranty policy will cover you for the incident below with no charge.
– Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for five business days after your appointment, excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call us to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within three days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes.) Repairs after five days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are additional charges. (Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.)
For gel polish, color powder, dipping powder, acrylic- Although we have matching colors, Reg-Gel-Dip-Sample (up to 95% match), we DON’T GUARANTEE that they exactly match colors. Sometimes, they have slightly different hues due to the differences in the manufacturer ingredients and base colors of the wheel and nail beds. Our technician will ask customers before any color polishing is to be performed. If the third nail is completely color polished, no changing of color is allowed. If a change is requested, the customer will have to incur the cost of changing the color at an additional service add-ons price. Also depends on your nail’s condition; if you had designs or gems on your nails that fell off or you changed your mind after you had it done, you will have to pay additional costs for it. We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have changed your mind.
Manicures services with traditional nail polish are not guaranteed. However, we would be glad to fix them for you. Must be called in within 24-48 hours after initial service and schedule an appointment for a nail fix. Please DO NOT EMAIL for fixes. Please call the salon. We want to serve you as soon as we can.

All our staff will have their temperature checked before each shift. They will be required to go home if they have a fever or show signs of illness. Salon staff requirement of face mask-wearing gloves. All staff will change gloves and wash hands between each guest.
We adhere to strict guidelines for sanitation and sterilization. All metal implements are sterilized and put in a sealed pouch for each use. Proper sanitation, safety, and hygiene are of the utmost importance here at VIP NAIL SPA.
For your and the staffs’ protection, liners are used for all pedicure services. Files, buffers, pumice bar, toe separators, and flip flops are all disposable.
Please leave all valuables at home. VIP Nail Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items. Otherwise, keep your valuables by your sides at all times.
Please be extra careful when handling polishes.
Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are not allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, no animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the only exception.
GIFT CARDS & PROMOS
The gift card must be presented at the time of service. Gift cards are available in any amount.
If you are unable to perform the gift card, an alternative form of payment will be required. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time and are not redeemable for cash. All gift cards sales are final. Gift cards should be treated as cash and cannot be redeemable if lost or stolen. All gift cards expire within one year from the date of purchase. VIP Nail Spa is not responsible for unauthorized use, lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards.
Promotional discounts and coupons may not be combined and must be presented at the time of check out. Additionally, we are not responsible for and may refuse to honor lost or expiry date on coupons or gift cards.
PAYMENTS & GRATUITIES
We accept cash and all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and VIP Nail Spa’s Gift Card. Personal checks are not allowed, and we do not give cash back on credit card charges. Gratuities are not included in our service prices or gift cards. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payments in cash or Venmo at the time of check-out. Our computer tracks each tip left with an amount, so you can be sure your service provider gets your gratuity.

Profanity, racial or sexual slurs, or disrespectful speech or behavior of any kind will never be tolerated. The staff and management of VIP Nail Spa respect all of our guests; everyone is welcome. We do not discriminate or tolerate discrimination based upon race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, ability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, height, weight, or age.
Our nail technician reserves the right to refuse service/treatment or end a session if; Our professional’s staff are put in an uncomfortable situation at any time by the client; If our nail technician’s staff deem the environment or condition to be unsafe or unsanitary; If the spa professional feel they are in imminent danger.
We also reserve the right to refuse service if any of the following apply:
Overconsumption of alcohol and other substances broken skin and lesions. Any severe or contagious medical conditions not mentioned at the time of ‘reservation Misconduct, including but not limited to; sexual advances, solicitation, and suggestive comments.
VIP Nail Spa must refuse service to anyone who seems to have any kind of infectious foot, hand, or skin disease. Our nail technician shall not perform services on a client if the nail technician has reason to believe the client has an unhealthy condition; an infectious disease; contagious condition; skin or nail tissue that is inflamed, infected, broken, raised or swollen; or an open wound, ingrown toenail or sore in the area affected unless the client provides written authorization from a licensed physician.
(*We are not permitted to cut/remove living tissues or ingrown toenails as these practices fall under surgical procedures.)
We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This includes but is not limited to the usage of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments/remarks, or any behavior that we feel is inappropriate. It is important to us that we maintain a safe atmosphere for both our employees and our clients.
Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments, disabilities, or pregnancy. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.
