πŸ“‹ Privacy Policy & Arrival
VIP Nail Spa courtesies ensure satisfactory and fair services for all of our treasured customers. We kindly request that all guests honor them.
πŸ“± Phone & WiFi Courtesy
For the comfort and relaxation of other guests, please limit phone calls to emergencies only. Complimentary WiFi is available. Please use headphones when listening to sound and do not use speakerphone.
πŸ‘₯ Guests & Service Areas
Only guests receiving services are allowed in service areas. We kindly ask all guests to keep conversations quiet to avoid disrupting other clients.
πŸ“… Appointment Changes
Your appointments are important to our team. We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
🚢 Walk-Ins & Limited Appointments
We do not accept appointments for polish change, nail take-off, nail repair, lip wax, or brow wax. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome for in-salon services. Please call (410) 766-1907.
πŸ’… Outside Nail Supplies
Outside nail supplies, including polish, dipping powder, chrome, tools, lotion, and similar items are welcome, but service charges remain the same.
πŸ‘§ Children Safety
We love doing children’s nails. However, unattended children can be disruptive and unsafe in the salon environment. Due to insurance liability, hazardous chemicals, products, and sharp tools, please do not bring small children unless they are receiving services. Children must be supervised at all times.
✨ Guarantee, Redo & Refund
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us immediately before leaving the salon. We will gladly adjust the service within three days of the original appointment at no additional charge. Services are non-refundable once rendered.
πŸ›‘οΈ 5-Day Service Warranty
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for five business days after your appointment, excluding breakages. If you notice chips, lifting, or lose an enhancement within the first five days, please call us to schedule a complimentary repair.
🎨 Color Matching Policy
For gel polish, color powder, dipping powder, and acrylic, color matches may vary due to manufacturer ingredients and natural nail bed differences. Once the third nail is fully polished, color changes will require an additional service charge.
πŸ’… Traditional Polish
Manicure services with traditional nail polish are not guaranteed. However, we are happy to fix them if you call within 24–48 hours after the initial service. Please call the salon directly for fixes.
🧼 Sanitation
We follow strict sanitation and sterilization guidelines. Metal implements are sterilized and sealed for each use. Files, buffers, pumice bars, toe separators, flip flops, and pedicure liners are disposable for your safety.
πŸ‘œ Personal Belongings
Please keep your valuables with you at all times. VIP Nail Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.
🐾 Pet Policy
Pets of any kind are not allowed in the salon, except official service animals. This policy helps us maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort for all clients.
🎁 Gift Cards & Promos
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. All gift card sales are final and expire one year from the date of purchase. Promotional discounts and coupons may not be combined and must be presented at checkout.
πŸ’³ Payments & Gratuities
We accept cash and all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and VIP Nail Spa gift cards. Personal checks are not accepted. Gratuities are not included in service prices or gift cards and may be paid in cash or Venmo.
πŸ’° Pricing
Prices and services are subject to change at any time. Additional charges may apply for length, shape, design, fixing, and other add-on services. Please ask your technician before starting your service if you are unsure.
🀝 Respect
Profanity, racial or sexual slurs, disrespectful speech, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or end service if our staff feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or if the environment is unsanitary.
⚠️ Special Consideration
We must refuse service to anyone with signs of infectious foot, hand, skin, or nail conditions. We are not permitted to cut or remove living tissue or ingrown toenails. Please notify us before booking if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities, or pregnancy.
